Refund Policy

Amira Press does not offer a refund policy on any e-book.  Due to the fact that e-books are downloaded, it is impossible to return the e-books once they've been purchased and downloaded.
 

Content Warning

Some of the books we provide will include adult content, not suitable for those under 18 years of age. These books are clearly marked as erotica. We also publish spicy novels that we feel still don't reach the level of being called erotica. The ratings are listed on the cart for such novels. 

There may also at times be violence included in a book.  In this case, we will also add a note to the description as a warning to readers who prefer not to read a book with it.  We add this warning whether the book has only one scene or many.  We do not rate the amount of violence.

All material on this website and sold through it is protected under the U.S. Federal Copyright Law.  Distribution of the e-books by any means is prohibited, including through email, message board, forum, newsgroup, etc.
 

Privacy Policy

Amira Press will not distribute any customer information to any other party, except for use with third party payment methods, such as for use with our shopping cart.  We will not sell a name or any other information we receive to any other party.
